VoucherWalk is a landlord prep tool. We store the account you create, the units and walks you enter, and the photos you attach to Fail items.

Photos stay on our storage

Walk photos are saved in VoucherWalk’s Postgres database (`WalkItem.photoBytes`). They are shown only to the signed-in landlord who uploaded them, and they can be embedded in that landlord’s paid prep PDF. We do not put tracking pixels on pages. We do not sell landlord, tenant, or address data. We do not run advertising SDKs.

What we do not collect

• Tenant accounts or tenant login.
• PHA system credentials.
• Rent or HAP amounts (we never take a percentage of rent or HAP).

Payments

Card numbers are handled by Stripe Checkout, not by VoucherWalk. Stripe’s fee (about 2.9% + $0.30) is Stripe’s. Payouts go to the Stripe account’s connected bank.
